Gavin Maloof Net Worth: Sacramento Kings' Former Co-owner Relists Las Vegas Mansion for $12.5M

Gavin Maloof has tried to list his luxury Las Vegas estate again for $12.5 million. The former co-owner of the NBA team Sacramento Kings and the descendant of the empire building Maloof family, hopes to find a worthy owner for his property this time around.

According to Realtor.com, the Vegas High Roller started to build the 13,489-square-foot mansion from the ground in 2004. After it was completed, Maloof decided to add some of his original structures and spent around $3 million on these additions back on 2011. This addition includes a $1 million theater, according to its co-listing agent Lisa Sutton. Maloof also added a full home gym and a Crestron home automation system.

The mansion is also fully furnished with custom-made fittings. Each of the furniture was selected to fit the look and the feel of the place, as Maloof told Front Door in his interview with them last year. The mansion has six bedrooms and includes a walk-in wine refrigerator, a game room, a spa-and-fireplace combo, elevator, several wet bars, water features and also a 10-car garage. The home's interior is made up of stone columns and tons of granite, limestone and marble.

The property has come and gone the market over the past few years, but reports say that this time it might stay around until it finds a buyer.

Gavin Maloof is part of the prominent Las Vegas Maloof family that began building its empire in 1937 with the distribution for Coors Beer. Maloof became the co-owner of the Sacramento Kings of the NBA from 1998 to 2013, when the family decided to sell it for $345 million. Maloof is also the co-owner of the Palm Springs Hotel and a casino in Las Vegas. According to Speak on Sports, the current net worth of Gavin Maloof alone is around $100 million.
