After buying a Beverly Hills mansion last month, the boxing champion is now relisting his mansion in Hancock Park. According to Page Six, the Mediterranean-inspired estate measures 4,275 square feet and first went up for sale in August 2013 but was dropped off the market the following year.
According to The Latin Post's report, the residence includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It boasts a spacious chef kitchen with a built-in coffee bar, center Island and granite counter tops. It also has a 22-foot tall entryway, features glass panels and high-end furnishing. The floors are made of Brazilian tweak wood and marble. The master's bedroom located in the second floor is said to be equipped with a spa-like shower, a huge bathtub and unique lighting fixture. It also has a balcony overlooking the pool.
In Page Six's feature, the home is said to have a classic Mediterranean look with stucco facade, clay tile roof and balconies on the outside. It is also reportedly minimally landscaped, perfect for a large seating and a pool. Meanwhile, the home's interiors boast a modern style with a fireplace in the living room and a kitchen open to the living area.
According to CelebrityNetWorth.com, the boxing champ's net worth is estimated to be $190 million. As of writing, Pacquiao, also known as "Pac-man," has already won 57 out of 65 fights. His opponents include Miguel Cotto, Juan Manual Marquez, Oscar De La Hoya, Timothy Bradley and just recently, Floyd Mayweather Jr., with their fight dubbed as the "fight of the century."
