Jason Biggs is not just letting go of his role as Larry in the third season of the hit series "Orange is The New Black," he is also letting go of his Beverly Mansion for $4.795 million. According toVertical Living Orlando, its listing agent is Rory Barish of Keller Williams Realty.
The newly listed lush gated estate sits on a 2.5-acre lot and has its own tennis court and swimming pool. According to RealEstation.net, the home was originally built in 1954. It has a hacienda style accentuated by exposed beams, a window seat, French doors and vaulted wood ceilings.
The hardwood floors reportedly add to the vintage touch of the place. The property also has a guest house. The main house has four bedrooms and four and a half baths, walk-in closets and fireplaces. According to the Move Channel, this is not the first time the house has been listed on the market. It has apparently been listed before but it remained on the market without a buyer.

He reprised his roles in the film's franchise, which includes "American Pie 2" in 2001, "American Wedding" in 2003 and the latest "American Reunion" in 2012. According to Measurements.me, his current net worth is estimated to be $12 million.
Biggs' recent project was the television show "Orange is the New Black" where he played the fiancé of the lead character, Piper (Taylor Schilling). However, reports confirmed that he is not going back for the third season of the show, which is set to air this month.
