Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference 2015: Apple Talks about the Future of iOS, New Releases, Product Upgrades, and More

Opening Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference site, a large message sums up the whole point of their June 2015 Special Event. Calling it 'The Epicenter of Change,' the tech empire live streams their big event at San Francisco, and WWDC tackles about the future of iOS and OS X. According to Apple, the event runs June 8 to 12, and it features more than 100 technical sessions, over 1,000 Apple engineers, hands-on labs, and the anticipated Apple Design Awards.

CEO Tim Cook and company, Forbes reports, have taken social media by storm and unveil new Apple software updates, product upgrades, and a bunch of new releases.

Forbes reports that one of the many new surprises of Apple was its new music streaming service: Apple Music. Since Apple's announcement of its $3 billion acquisition of the formidable music streaming service Beats Music and music tech merchandise maker Beats Electronics, fans had been looking forward to the new release. Users of iOS may be able to enjoy this new feature beginning June 30, while Android users might want to wait a little longer until fall to be able to use the new streaming service. Forbes reports that Drake and The Weekend were on full support with the new music services.

Siri has also its own chunk of improvements. As the new iOS9 becomes proactive, Verge reports that the functionality of Microsoft's Cortana assistant and Android's Google Now are morphed into the new and improved Siri. Your replenished 'proactive assistant' can now look into your emails and contacts and act on it, and suggestions are made available by Siri based on your location and time.

Major off the bat, Mac OS X El Capitan is announced as the new update for Mac's OS, reports Tech Crunch. The new OS doesn't have drastic visual changes, but new functionalities have been added such as improved gesture support and better gaming graphics with Apple's Metal API applied on the Mac from iOS.

The conference has not yet ended, but fans surely can't wait for the new products to be released this fall.
