"Gilmore Girls" and "Parenthood" alum Lauren Graham was recently photographed with her TV daughters Alexis Bledel and Mae Whitman on what was later on revealed to be the trio's first ever meet-up.
Whitman and Bledel first saw each other at this year's ATX TV Festival and the former even posted a photo of the three of them via Twitter. "AT LONG LAST WE MEET #drawyourswords #breaktheinternet," she captioned the photo.
Graham and Bledel attended the event to talk about the highly anticipated "Gilmore Girls" reunion that was rumored to be released by Netflix. However, series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino confirmed that there are still no plans yet for the movie.
During the panel interview, Palladino assured fans that if the "Gilmore Girls" movie will actually take place, she will make sure that it will be done correctly, according to Variety.
"If it ever happened, I promise we'd do it correctly. Nobody here hates each other, which is very important. It would have to be the right everything, the right format, the right timing, it would have to be honored in a certain way. And if it ever came around, we would all jump in and do it," she said.
Meanwhile, Whitman was at the ATX TV Festival because she participated in the live-reading of the first episode of "Dawson's Creek." While at the event, the actress played the role of Dawson (James Van Der Beek), E! News reported.
In the past, the actress has also joked about her fake onscreen feud with Bledel. In an interview with Fusion, Whitman detailed how she would sometimes tease her mom "Parenthood."
"Me and Lauren's joke that's not really a joke is me being like, 'Oh, I see Alexis called today, how is she?!' I get really overly mom-child protective over her," she said at that time.
