According to recent reports, Miley Cyrus has already sold her family home located in Toluca Lake for $6 million. The home where she grew up hit the market in January this year and was listed for $5.995 million.
According to LA times, the home was originally purchased by Cyrus' parents, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia Cyrus, back in 2007 for $5.838 million. It was later deeded over to a trust in which Cyrus holds the other real estate.
The Tuscan-style estate is accessed by a tree-lined driveway. Built in 2007, the home was designed by architect Bob Easton. It reportedly features beautiful details of wrought iron work, column, arches, copper rain gutters and a courtyard entry.
The entrance of the home is marked by double doors, which give way to a 21-foot-tall entry. Upon entering, a circular staircase beneath a skylight can also be seen. The interiors are made up of beamed ceiling, patterned wall treatments and scraped wood floors.
With a total area of 8,700 square feet, the property has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The common areas include a library, dining rooms, a kitchen with a center island, formal living rooms, a guitar display room and also a home theater. On the exterior there's a swimming pool, a skateboard ramp and a large outdoor patio. The home also has a three-car garage at the front.
Cyrus recently purchased a five-acre estate in Hidden Hills for $5 million. The ranch-style property reportedly measures 6,500 square feet with one-acre riding arena and a 10-stall barn. It also has a swimming pool and a vineyard.
According to CelebrityNetWorth.com, Miley Cyrus' net worth is estimated to be $160 million. She rose to fame from her role on the Disney Show "Hannah Montana," where she became popular not just because of her acting talent but also because of her singing and songwriting skills.
