Consumer electronics giant, Apple Inc., is positive that they can recreate and shape the future as what they have accomplished when they released the iPhone and Apple Store in 2007 that tipped the balance of the smartphone world. The newest Apple move will offer native apps that run in the Apple Watch hoping that it will snowball the interest of the public for the watch and potentially its future versions, CNet reported.
The report also said Apple is in high hopes that they will recreate the magical and momentous event that forever transformed the face of the mobile phone industry forever. Apple CEO Tim Cook said that this is a huge moment for the company and said that they have empowered Apple's developers to create and develop more robust applications that will serve as a strong base for the Apple Watch, similar to what the company has accomplished 8 years ago.
Cook said that they wanted something that clients can have - something fit for the Watch's cost (the Apple Watch is currently priced at $350 to $17,000). The Apple Executive said that this is a tough hill to climb but everyone in the organization is positive like what iPhone and App Store did some years ago.
An analyst provided his input on the move and said that the native apps and access to the Watch's hardware and software features to the developers will be a difference maker. The analyst also said that third party apps is the key to the public's adoption of the Apple Watch.
Mac Rumors, on the other hand, said that Apple Watch has relaunched its eBay app today barely a month after it was delisted in the market due to a bad start in April. The app will empower buyers and sellers to get updates and alerts on items they are tracking on eBay.
