Bradley Cooper recently filed a lawsuit against a French magazine for "violation of private life," according to a report by Radar Online, The lawsuit is in relation to the article about his relationship with Irina Shayk, which was published in "Oops." Cooper is reportedly asking for around $12,500 for damages.
In spite of the lawsuit, "Oops" remains "very confident" in their stories. They are also said to be wondering why Cooper filed a suit against them, since their story was only based on photos in a Spanish magazine, which are also all over the U.S.
"We do not understand why Bradley Cooper is suing us. Our story is based on the Spanish magazine 'Hola' that shows clearly that Bradley and Irina are going out together," Frederic Truskolaski, the magazine's owner reportedly said.
Cooper and Shayk haven't officially confirmed that they are dating.
In related news, "Oops" was also recently sued by another actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, according to TMZ. The lawsuit is in connection with the magazine's report stating that Rihanna is pregnant with DiCaprio and that the actor doesn't want the baby.
In line with this, Truskolaski said, "We are wondering how many more U.S. celebrities are going to come after "Oops" magazine (after DiCaprio and Cooper) since they do not look so tough when it comes to U.S. celebrity magazines."
