What a joy it'll be for 2-year-old Nori to welcome a new baby brother in the coming months, but how has the baby naming been doing for Kim and Kanye?
Roughly a week after Kim Kardashian West's big baby announcement, she and husband Kanye West have another big news to break. Sources tell US Magazine that it's a baby boy! Reportedly, Kanye was overjoyed with the news. "Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make his world complete, he wanted a little boy, an heir," says a source close to West, reports US Magazine. Will 'South' be a potential name?
Looks like reality star Kim Kardashian and rap royalty Kanye West are heading a different direction with naming their second baby. Not going 'South,' the couple definitely doesn't consider 'East' as well and ditches the compass, according to Hollywood Life.
Kim, 34, and Kanye, 38, reportedly want a strong name for their second child. According to Hollywood Life, Nori's name wasn't even based on the compass. The couple thought that the name 'North' brings an element of power because it's always on top or heading up, according to TMZ. Hollywood Life reports that KimYe justified the uniqueness of their daughter's name to close friends and family by saying, "What's North of North? Nothing." The three other directions on the compass just doesn't have that impact.
TMZ reports that the couple allegedly wants a more traditional name with a family-related influence. Don't get started with the letter K. They're thinking of linking the name with the couple's late parents, Robert Kardashian and Donda West, says Elle.
Due in December, Kim clearly has all the time to think of her second baby's name with husband Kanye. Is the couple going to consider seasons? 'Winter West' surely rings a bell.
