The lavish life of some of Hollywood's A-listers can be seen all over tabloids, the Internet, and in any form of media. So for a change, here are bits of some celebrities' generous side-still with the glamor, of course.
Amy Schumer
The Inside Amy Schumer star showed last weekend at Peter's Clam Bar in Island Park, New York that she's not only funny, but generous as well.
The New York Post reported that Schumer was spotted in a restaurant having dinner. Later on, she had an "engaging, animated conversation with her server, Ryan," according to the source. The server shared his story to the actress, saying that he was "a college student working two jobs to fund his education."
Sources say that that night, Schumer left a $500 tip for the college server.
David Beckham
Back in 2008, the Joxer Daly's Irish Pub in LA was filled with Los Angeles Galaxy players after winning their charity game against the Hollywood United. And one of the teammates happened to be David Beckham.
He reportedly drank only water, and had a bill of $100. However, the soccer star gave the waitress a generous $1000 tip.
"David only drank mineral water," told waitress Claudia Belden in the reports. "He signed autographs for anyone who asked. He smelled so nice! I hugged him so tight and he didn't mind at all."
Taylor Swift
After her concert in Philly two years ago, the pop star had a late night dinner in a restaurant in the area. There, she posed for photo ops with the locals and gave the chef two concert tickets. Not only that, she left a $500 tip after an $800 bill.
"From her graciousness upon arrival for us staying open, to the extremely generous tip before leaving, she was a pleasure to have dine with us!" Probably the biggest celebrity to visit Ralph's in recent memory!" said the restaurant on its Facebook page.
