NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon has placed his Washington home on the market. According to a report from realtor.com, the home can be purchased for $1.6 million.
The house is located in Duvall, Washington and is at a cul de sac with woods and rockwall surroundings. Its driveway was designed to hold a number of automobiles. The interior of the home is of contemporary design with large living spaces.
The main living room is two stories high, with double-stacked windows made of cherry wood frames. This provides the interiors with lots of light and great views. The chef's kitchen features cherry wood cabinets with granite countertops as well as a stainless steel range and hood top.
The master's bedroom has a huge wall-to-wall receiving area and the walk-in closet has a dressing island surrounded by lots of hanging space and built-in drawers. There are also large bay windows to provide natural light to the walk-in closet.
Another amenity of the house is the large game room, with its pool table and walk-in media room with stadium seating for viewing films. A wine cellar, deck space in the backyard with fire pit and hot tub complete the features of the home.
Moon was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006 after a colorful career where he garnered many personal accolades. According to Wikipedia, he is the Oilers/Titans all-time passing leader with 32,685 yards. He was also the 1997 Pro Bowl MVP and 1978 Rose Bowl MVP, despite being undrafted coming out of college. He is currently a broadcaster for the Seattle Seahawks and his jersey number 1 has been retired by the Tennessee Titans, the successor to the Houston Oilers franchise.
