Slash Net Worth: Famed Guitarist's House in Mulholland Estates Is Up for Grabs $11M

Former Guns and Roses Guitarist Slash is selling his house in Mulholland Estates, Beverly Hills, California for $10.995 million-and the place is a certified rock star mansion.

The house consists of seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a motor court and two two-car garages, a library, a pool and spa, a play room, a screening room, a recording studio, an outdoor living room, an organic vegetable garden, and various wet bars, according to LA Curbed.

Upon entering the rock star's home, the LA Curbed also reported a detailed preview of the exciting attractions one might see inside:

His house in Mulholland Estates-in the northern reaches of the 90210 zip code and technically in Sherman Oaks-is full rock star: pirate ship chandeliers next to a sexy pirate statue that's probably from SkyMall, entire rooms done in leather, tufted velvet galore, a nightclub with DJ and photo booths, a tiny little skate ramp, a recording studio, and a drapery-laden canopy bed that looks perfect for pointing to while you tell a Cribs camera that 'This is where the magic happens.'

With the total size of almost half an acre, Slash's residence has an incredible space allotted for parties. Estately reported that it can even serve as a night club with a DJ plus photo booths. There is also a stunning overlooking of the cyn and valley views.

Slash bought the house for $7.3 million in 2009. However, after the announcement of his divorce last year, this house is now up for grabs for those who want to live the life of a rock star with an enchanting view at the back who can afford an $11-million price tag.

As for the Guns and Roses lead, a DVD on a show he did in Roxy is set to be out this month, as reported by Loudwire.
