Now that the secret is out, everyone is dying to know what exactly Kate's personal pregnancy training's composed of. And who is the top London trainer who had the privilege to work with the royal mother of two? Unfortunately, the trainer's identity is not revealed. What is only known is that this trainer is popular among elite clientele of A-listers, royals, and executives.

"It's a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price," a source tells People.

The trainer was making sure that Kate stays on track by checking in with her over the phone and sees her once a week.

"The food is very elegant and actually feels like food you would eat at a restaurant," adds the source.

"The whole program is very sensible - it's not fad-based and is really focused on your overall health and well-being."

But this amazing post pregnancy recovery is not much of a shocker considering how immaculate the Duchess looked HOURS after giving birth to Princess Charlotte.

In a report by dailymail.co.uk, mothers on social media shared their disbelief when Kate stepped out of the hospital looking amazingly fresh and vibrant with the nine-hour old baby in her arms.

Lucy tweeted: @Lucy_Stan - 'How bloody great does Kate look! I definitely didn't look like that a few hours after giving birth.'

Hannah said: @hanweav - 'Dear Jesus I love you. You're awesome, please let me look half as good as Kate Middleton after giving birth.'
