Is there reason for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary? Looks like we have to wait for June 29 to find out as rumor of the couple splitting is spreading like wildfire, HollywoodLife has the report.
"Where there's smoke, there's fire," says insider to Us Weekly. "The marriage is in trouble." This speculation adds more to what is already becoming a full-blown issue with other several credible publications reporting on the alleged trouble in paradise.
"[They've] had problems from the very beginning," Us reports, pointing at Ben's "workaholic" nature and gambling problems among other vices that led to the trouble and tension between the two. Apparently, they have been dealing with it for years, adds the source.
Is divorce underway? "They're already separated. Ben wants the official statement to come out a few weeks before their 10th anniversary June 29," an insider tells OK. "Which he hopes will give enough time for the news to die down by the time he has to promote Batman v Superman and the other movies he has coming out next year."
To add fuel to the fire, Wetzel & Sons vans were seen at their Pacific Palisades, Calif., enclave and people are quick to conclude of someone moving out, but a source tells ET that the couple is just renovating their house -so it's not the marriage they are trying to fix?
Does this mean they are fine? Source close to Ben and Jen shares that the couple's summer is going to be all about family. Just last month, they were seen grabbing lunch in Brentwood, California, amidst the heightened divorce rumors.
However, both were photographed just a few times together since the rumor broke out and they were with their kids each time. Hmm. Seems calculated. But considering they have three beautiful children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, it is understandable if they were trying to look happy for their sake.
So what's the real score? Until someone from the two makes that announcement, we could all just speculate, wait, and see.
