When Netflix released the Season 3 of "Orange is The New Black," (OITNB) Ruby Rose became the newest Internet sensation. The Independent describes her as having androgynous good looks and giving a playful performance as Stella Carlin, the newest inmate in the show.
Daily Mail also reported that Rose's naked shower scene with Piper Champan, played by Taylor Schilling, has caused a buzz on Twitter. News.com.au shared some of the tweets of the fans, one of which says, "Just saw Ruby Rose naked ... I think I'm lesbian." Another one wrote, "Why do these vines of this Ruby Rose chick turn me on more than the half naked guy ones?"
TMZ reported that Ruby Rose is already taken, and she and her fiancée Phoebe Dahl arrived back in L.A. on Wednesday after hanging in New York for the "OITNB" Season 3 premiere. Daily Mail also revealed some pictures of Rose and Phoebe hanging around on June 12. One picture shows Phoebe carrying a big orange tote which read, "Is The New Black." The report also stated that while they were holding hands, Ruby kissed Phoebe before heading to the building in New York.
Though Ruby Rose has become the newest Internet sensation because of her role and nude scenes in "OITNB," she has been known to campaign for openness about mental health, serving as a youth ambassador for Headspace. She has also spoken out against bullying and animal warfare. Each year she travels to Laos and Africa to volunteer, as cited in The Independent.
