Jason Statham Net Worth: British Action Star Sells Los Angeles Home Bought from Ben Stiller for $8.99M

Jason Statham has just listed his Los Angeles estate for $8.999 million. According to Redfin, the 47-year-old British action star purchased the Spanish-style villa from actor Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor for $7.3 million back in 2011.

The beautiful 1929 Mediterranean-style home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and was designed by interior designer company Roman & Williams. The 5,334-square-foot estate also features luxury conveniences like a home theater and a stunning gourmet kitchen with a vintage-inspired center island. Variety also listed features such as a library, office, formal living and dining areas and an exercise room.

The exteriors is surrounded with tropically landscaped grounds, which is more than half an acre of the area. The grounds also feature a tree-shaded motor court and a variety of colorful tile fountains. In addition, it also has a stunning swimming pool and a tiled outdoor fireplace.

According to reports, this is not the only estate Statham is looking to sell. Just a few weeks ago, the actor scooped up his four-bedroom midcentury home located in Hollywood Hills for $2.7 million. The actor also has other impressive real estate records over the last few years. Back in 2009 he also forked a beachfront contemporary home in Malibu for $10.625 million. Just recently, he and his girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whitely purchased another Beverly Hills estate for $13 million.

According to The Richest, Statham's estimated net worth is $40 million. The former street merchant made his first appearance on the big screen after he was cast in the 1998 British film "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels." He also starred with Brad Pitt in the movie "Snatch." Soon after, he landed his first major break when he played the role of Frank Martin in the renowned "Transporter" film trilogy.
