Keith Duffy, after 10 years, is selling his Dublin mansion for €1.3 million. According to a report from mirror.co.uk, the former member of Boyzone is packing up with his family and moving to a more upscale digs.
The home is quietly placed in a Dublin neighborhood cul-de-sac and consists of five bedrooms. The exact address is 7 Roganstown on the Naul Road in Swords. The new address of the Duffys would be Ballyboughai, a nearby more upscale neighborhood.
Built in the 1970s, the for-sale property sits on about two thirds of an entire acre. It was first bought by the singer-songwriter in 2004. He expanded the property when he bought the nearby one third acre.
Other features of the place include four spacious double bedrooms. There is also a steam room, sun room, kitchen and dining area. According to a report from independent.ie, the garage has been converted into a man cave, where a bar, a pool table as well as sports memorabilia and sentimental music is showcased.
The surroundings of the house include a landscaped garden, mature trees, hedgegrows, and water features with bridges dotted by shrubbery throughout the area.
The new address of the Duffy's in Ballyboughal is actually a property venture of Keith with pal Martin Hannon. According to a report from the irishtimes.com, the property investment venture is called Dooroge Woods.
For the new home, the Duffys picked their own address and the area is a tad bigger than their current home. The new house has a floor area of 3,750 square feet but the garden area is much smaller. The Duffy's home would be one of 20 large homes in the development, which is a more compact home for all of them, including their two children.
