‘The Whispers’ Season 1 Episode 4 Spoilers: Sean Plans on a Nuclear Plant Disaster; Might Drill be Involved in Sean’s Actions?

Last week's third episode of 'The Whispers' entitled 'Collision' showed that there might be someone paying Sean to sabotage a nuclear plant and cause a disaster. Might Drill be involved in Sean's actions? Will it be shown for this week's fourth episode entitled 'Meltdown?'

'The Whispers' is a TV series produced by Steven Spielberg based on 'Zero Hour,' a short story by science fiction and horror author Ray Bradbury. According to Straits Times, the story tells of an invisible being that talks to children about dangerous games that are directed to their parents, who, in fact, are mostly employed in security-related positions in and around Washington, D.C. This voice that the children seem to have a connection with and seem to be influencing them to do harmful things is called in the series as 'Drill.' The show continuously makes the audience determine what Drill is exactly, whether it is a what or a who.

According to Latin Post, last week's episode showed that Minx Lawrence, Claire's daughter, conversed with a child psychiatrist who informed her that Drill, the one who has been continuously contacting him, is not real and that he should stop playing with him. When Minx's mom talked to the psychiatrist after the session, Drill automatically tried to contact Minx again. Inside the car, the song 'Play Nice' played on the stereo, and Drill spoke to Minx yet again. However, Minx turned the radio off showing that she does not want to be friends with the entity anymore. Minx also showed her mother a blueprint that pointed out that her father is on his way to the Harper Point Nuclear Power Plant.

Drill will still try to contact Minx and recruit Henry to doing things for him on this week's episode. How do you think Drill will react or contact Minx again knowing that she has been revealing everything that he tells her to other people?

Additionally, Claire's FBI partner, Wes Lawrence, also learned that with the nuclear plant threat, Harper's father tried to do an inspection on the said plant but was not able to complete the task because his wife suddenly had a coma. This led them to think that Sean, as shown in the blueprint, is planning something bad on that said plant and that Drill is causing this to happen.

Watch Claire and Wes do everything to stop the nuclear plant disaster from happening during this week's 'Meltdown' episode. Catch 'The Whispers' on June 22 at ten in the evening on ABC.
