What was confirmed in the report was his personal lookover of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium unit located at The Ice House in New York. The 27 North Moore address is priced at $3.9 million, which is a five-time jump from its 1999 price of $616,500.
According to a report from ny.racked.com, among the features of the condo unit is its open living room, vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. The condo unit is reportedly just around the corner from Styles' former girlfriend, Taylor Swift, who lives in the same Tribeca area. With a reported net worth of $23 million, according to celebritynetworth.com, the price tag of this condominium unit is well within the One Direction star's means.
Styles had previously purchased a bachelor's pad in Beverly Hills, according to a report from variety.com. With a price tag of $4 million, the nearly 3,000-square-foot digs has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
While there is still no confirmation that the two former lovers would be neighbors, there is one star that already lives in the same building as Swift. According to a report from nypost.com, "Lord of the Rings" star Orlando Bloom has purchased a loft at 155 Franklin St., the same building where the pop princess is residing. He has bought a three-bedroom loft after he reportedly fell in love with the cast iron columns, exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and open chef's kitchen of the property.
