Slash Net Worth: Beverly Hills Home Where Musician Slept Now for Sale

Slash, the lead guitar for Velvet Revolver and Guns and Roses, has put up their Mulholland Estates property in the market. According to a report from zillow.com, he and wife Perla Hudson decided to sell it at $10,995 million.

The property measures 11,000 square feet of rocker opulence and flaunts Italian style. There are seven bedrooms and eight baths, and the whole property was designed by Hudson, the lifestyle guru. The wallpaper is faux-alligator while velvet drapes separate the areas within the home. According to listing agent Jade Mills who oversees the sale, "The finishes and décor are great - it's amazing. But the house is enormous for just Perla and the boys."

One of the selling points of the property is the onsite music studio, where Slash recorded his three most recent solo albums. Just outside the studio is a fully equipped nightclub with a phone booth and dance pole plus a sound system that's reportedly even better than some of the clubs in the L.A. area.

There are also three full bars, a theater for 12 people, and a bathtub customized to fit more than two people. Other amenities include a 36-foot skate ramp, a spa, as well as outdoor living and dining areas complete with a grill, television and sound system.

Mills added, "One of the best things about the property is that it's in a very strict gated community. It is great for people who are very private - and celebrities."

When it comes to selling the property, Hudson, for her part, grew nostalgic with the home. She said, "My neighbors are all lovely and I'm on the board of directors of the community. I only hope the buyers can have as many beautiful memories as we have had there." She plans on purchasing a smaller home but plans to remain within the area.

With a net worth of $32 million, according to a report from celebritynetworth.com, Slash would have no problem getting a home where he and his wife can make new memories.
