Leighton Meester has moved on and sells her Bachelorette Bungalow, Loony reported. The Gossip Girl star has recently listed her house for a staggering $2.35 million for the 2,874 square foot Encino, California pad. After tying the knot with actor Adam Brody in 2014, Meester decided to bid her bungalow to give way to their new love nest.
The starter house has a winding and inclined driveway that is donned by a convenient set of carved stairs for visitors to and from house access. The cozy and comfortable living room is tailored with drapes that are accented by two French doors. Dark wood floors also span the home's layout. The spacious dining room is also accented by a cowhide rug. The living room also houses a minimalist fireplace and a very simple centerpiece.
Meester's kitchen on the other hand has the right ingredients. White marble counter tops and kitchen cabinets are accented by stainless-steel appliances, simple yet elegant. The kitchen is completed by the galley-style kitchen setup with a breakfast bar.
The master's bedroom is adorned by a mod like ikat-print, paired with Moroccan rug and lush textiles with global accents for an electric eel. A wall-spanning mirror, on the other hand, overlooks his and hers vanity sink with a classic apothecary jars. It also house a bath equipped with a spacious glass shower and tile-linked soaking tub.
Mrs. Adrian Brody's guestrooms were also turned into a Lavender-hued Rorschach-patterned wallpaper covers recording studio.
Going outside, the bungalow is accented by curving pathways and lush greenery exterior that surrounds the property. The California cottage also has a salt-water pool that features its own cabana, changing rooms, and a poolside bar. An alfresco dining table and a seating area also occupy the flagstone covered patio.
Meester and Brody, according to Dailymail, is reported to carry the couple's first child since the 2014 wedding but both parties have yet to confirm the news.
