Move Over Taylor Swift; Selena Gomez Lands No. 1 Spot

Good for her! Selena Gomez's new hot single, 'Good For You' debuted so well, it went to iTunes' number one spot in less than 24 hours of its release. Yup, surpassing arguably today's most popular pop artist Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood', HollywoodLife.com has the report.

In the morning of its release, the former child star's song easily made it to iTunes Top 5 songs just behind Taylor's "Bad Blood", Rachel Platten's "Fight Song" and Omi's "Cheerleader." But the fans loved it so much it didn't have to take a day before it shoots all the way up to the top surpassing each and every song on the list. Yes, including that of the "Shake It Off" singer.

Is there 'Bad Blood' between the two? Definitely, no. Tay-tay is even in full support, and she's been very vocal about her obsession with Sel's newest song. She even helped hype its premier tweeting: "Guys, on 6/22 @selenagomez is releasing my favorite thing she's ever done. Let's all get READY," usmagazine.com reports.

The latest song features New York rapper A$AP Rocky, 26, and it is all about sexy romance; you can't deny the "adult sound" to it. The song's music video teaser was also released, with the pop singer wearing just an oversized white t-shirt for the cover art. The 30-second video showed Selena, 22, lounging on a yellow couch wearing a magenta robe, singing to the camera, ET reports.

"'Cause I just wanna look good for you, good for you, uh-huh," Gomez sings on a mellow beat. "I just wanna look good for you, good for you, uh-huh / Let me show you how proud I am to be yours / Leave this dress a mess on the floor / And still look good for you, good for you, uh-huh."

Is the sultry jam a hit on Justin Bieber? "The song was totally written with Justin in mind," an insider tells HollywoodLife.com. "The title refers to Selena's feelings about her relationship with Justin, in that she feels she's good for him, but he doesn't know better."

Have Bieber listened to the song yet? If not, then he should be on the lookout, especially when the full music video comes out - the 30-second teaser was already steamy hot we can't wait to hear and see everything. Ahhh!
