The game "Batman: Arkham Knight," according to its publisher Game Theory Rocksteady Studios, is the final game of the franchise. According to a report from theregister.co.uk, this game is the apex of the continuity from the initial "Batman: Arkham City" released in 2011 and "Batman: Arkham Origins" released in 2013.
The third in the series creates the image of the Batman for dark and mature audiences, who have been followers of the graphic novel featuring the Dark Knight. One of the best parts of the game is reportedly the Batmobile, which turns the game into a sort of clone for GTA, making it far more adventurous especially with the shadow of the Joker looming over the metropolis.
According to the review, the game's overall feel is superb and has smoother graphics compared to previous "Arkham" series games. Furthermore, the publishers have ensured that the game is full of surprises, especially for those well-versed in Batman lore. Thus, shoring up on past Batman events can come in handy in this final game.
Even the trailer of the game has been making waves. According to a report from ew.com, the trailer is backed by Muse's "Mercy," and the voiceover from Jonathan Banks prepares the gamer for an all-out war to save Gotham City. The climax of the trailer is Batman, with Nightwing and Robin going head to head with Gotham's Rogue's Gallery, Scarecrow and other evildoers.
The game will be available starting June 23 for Playstation 4, Xbox One and the Windows PC. However, one issue has already come up for PC players of the game.
According to a report from forbes.com, AMD and Nvidia users reported serious issues when the game is played on the PC platform. The publishers immediately went to work and had an update within hours of the game's release in the market. Among the complaints were stuttering of gameplay, terrible optimization, game crashes and others. Even the promised frame rate of 30ps was not achieved, according to some reports from Steam community.
