Mike Myers Net Worth: 'Shrek' Actor-Director-Producer Increases Price of Soho Pad for Sale

Actor-director-producer and overall funny man Mike Myers previously lowered the price of his Soho condo unit by $1 million. This though may be a clear bait, according to a report from ny.curbed.com, as he now raised its price by packaging another apartment unit with it.

The unit/s are located at PHW/5W on 72 Mercer Street, with a description stating, "This penthouse includes a third full floor below the penthouse, adding an additional 2, 133sf; this can be combined to create a triplex penthouse or kept as a separate guest apartment."

The apartments were all purchased on the same date in December 2007 but had used company fronts, namely an LLC and a trust for the transaction. The duplex unit has three bedrooms and costs $15.95 million. If the duplex and the lower unit is to be purchased, the package price would be $21.5 million.

The penthouse unit measures 4,200 square feet and the listing is being overseen by Compass realty firm's Leonard Steinberg. The original purchase price of the "Austin Powers" star was at $7.9 million. The property features a 14-foot high ceiling, a landscaped terrace, a dining area, and a library featuring a large skylight. Aside from the three bedrooms, there are four bathrooms, according to a report from nydailynews.com.

Not only is Myers a comedy genius, he also seems to have great business sense. The Canada-born actor, according to celebritynetworth.com, is said to have $175 million to his name. While he became famous as a comedian with his stint in the iconic show "Saturday Night Live," his wealth came from the "Austin Powers" movies, namely, "The Spy who Shagged Me" and "Goldmember." He then teamed up with Dreamworks SKG to produce the wildly successful animated movies "Shrek", "Shrek 2" and "Shrek 3."
