"Paper Towns" star Nat Wolff recently opened up about all the buzz he's been receiving from starring in John Green's book adaptations for the big screen.
In an interview with WWD, Wolff revealed that a lot of people recognize him more after his film with Cara Delevingne hit theaters in the United States. With this, the actor said that it has become harder for him to go out and live a normal life with his newfound fame.
"It's been way more. But it's cool. The people who read John Green's books are always really smart and articulate and have nice things to say. But yeah, it's a bit harder to go out now," he said.
Wolff also added that while growing up, he was one of those people who didn't like to be extremely famous. However, he admitted that he's come to terms with the huge changes in his life recently, according to Fashion N Style.
"I didn't like having attention on me, but then I sort of adjusted. Now, I see it as a part of the whole thing. The good thing is I learned from a young age that people being a fan of your work and listening to your music and seeing your movies, it's awesome but it's all transient and unimportant if you don't have passion," he explained.
Meanwhile, in a separate interview with Entertainment Weekly, Wolff talked about his relationship with Green and said that he will do anything for the book author.
"He's a really, really great guy and a really talented guy, so it's great to be part of that world. And it's so great that these stories are so successful, because I think it's going to be good for movies in general and for teen movies especially that there will be more movies that are more character-driven," he said.
Wolff also starred in Green's movie adaptation of "The Fault in Our Stars."
