A Guns N' Roses Beverly Hills mansion owned by guitarist Slash is up for grabs for a whooping amount of $10,995 million. The 11,000-square-foot Tuscan-inspired villa located in a guard-gated Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills was listed in the market this week through Jade Mills Estates.
The grand mansion solely designed by the rocker's ex-wife Perla Hudson has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and large kitchen with double islands. It has a two-story entry while the whole residence is entirely designed with heavily textured murals and wallpapers, Elle Décor reports.
The Beverly Hills mansion also boasts its own recording studio with wine cellar, screening theater and vocal booth. It is designed with a nightclub ornamented with LED lights, DJ booth, photo booth and a dancing pole in the lower level, according to Billboard.
"A lot of celebrities love Mulholland Estates because it's gated and difficult to get into and there's no paparazzi," said listing agent Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Previews International in Beverly Hills.
"I hope they have as many good memories of her as I have so far," added Hudson, referring to the estate.
Hudson claims that the mansion can be described as "European eclectic rock chic." The Guns N' Roses Beverly Hills mansion highlights two 1920s antique statues from a movie theater, alligator print wallpaper, cheetah print rugs and a number of personalized crystal chandeliers styled as pirate ships.
Outside, the beautiful mansion features landscaped grounds. It has a spa and a swimming pool with an outdoor bar. There's also a huge organic vegetable garden, a skate ramp and an outdoor living room with fireplace, L.A. Times reports.
The pair decided to list their grand abode in December after ending their 13 years of marriage. They purchased it for $7.3 million in 2009 before the couple made renovations to the property, which lasted for six months.
Slash's Beverly Hills mansion rests in a posh community where celebrities such as Robbie Williams, Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera and Vanna White also reside.
