Mike Medavoy House: Veteran Producer Lists Newly Renovated Beverly Hills Home For $14.995M

Mike Medavoy is now selling his newly renovated Beverly Hills mansion for $14.995 million. The veteran producer and his wife, former actress Irena Medavoy, bought the 1.85-acre property for $8.2 million back in 2013.

The 8,829-square-foot spread has seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. According to Variety, the place was described as an "East Coast inspired Hamptons Traditional Masterpiece." The interior was reportedly filled with Ralph Lauren-inspired pieces. According to Hollywood Reporter, Irena worked with designer Gregory McAllester to add the stunning pieces.

The two-story mansion also includes a double-height foyer with formal living and dining rooms. The living area features a fireplace and multiple sets of French doors. The family room has a marble-topped wet bar and also a fireplace plus more French doors that open to the backyard.

The home also has a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook, a library and a media room. In the upper floor, there are four guest family-size bedrooms joined by a master suite that is complete with fireplace, two walk-in closets and a stunning bathroom. In the main floor, there is a staff bedroom along with laundry and mud rooms and also self-contained guest quarters, which is atop the detached three-car garage. Outside, there is a swimming pool, stone terrace and a built-in barbeque station.

The area is also home to other Hollywood's biggest stars like Demi Moore, Harry Styles, Channing Tatum and movie producer Frank Mancuso Jr., who also has his multi-acre estate for sale at $24 million.

According to reports, this is not the first time the couple has sold a newly renovated home in the market. Back in 2009, they sold their former Beverly Park home for $12.5 million. In the same year, the couple bought a Trousdale Estates residence which they later sold in June 2010 for $7.5 million.
