Bobbi Kristina Brown Condition Update: Boyfriend Nick Gordon Sued For Robbing & Beating Her

Bobbi Kristina Brown's conservator Bedelia Hargrove has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Bobbi's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, for physically abusing and robbing her. It was filed some hours after the family announced that Brown will be moved to hospice care.

The suit filed in Fulton County Superior Court by Hargrove alleges that Gordon was responsible for physical attack and deliberate infliction of emotional distress on Brown as well as transmission of huge amount of Brown's money into his own account without permission. The transfer includes $11,000, which was made after Brown succumbed into a coma, TMZ reports.

"Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred," said Hargrove as quoted in a UsWeekly report.

Hargrove added, "I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift."

According to reports, before Brown was found unconscious in a bathtub on January 31, she was supposed to meet a friend to reportedly reveal Gordon's abuse. However, she never made it to the said meeting because she was found that morning already unconscious, with her face down in a bathtub. TMZ's report also states that according to the documents, Gordon had been beating Brown and in one instance dragged her by her hair through the stairs and hit her on the face, knocking out one of her teeth.

Yesterday, Brown's spokeswoman, her aunt Pat Houston, announced that the family is now entrusting Brown's life into the hands of God with her deteriorating condition as she was moved to hospice care. Pat Houston is the one in charge of Whitney Houston's estate and is married to Houston's brother.
