Bristol Palin just announced her second out of wedlock pregnancy, and she's doing the slamming on the issue even before we could all wrap our minds around it, TMZ has the deets.
The 24-year-old daughter of Sarah Palin, John McCain's then vice presidential running mate, announced her pregnancy in a blog and she's all piss and vinegar about it: "I do not want any lectures and I do not want any sympathy."
Palin first gave birth to his son, Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, with Levi Johnston in December 2008 when she was still 18 years old. The two were engaged twice but split for good in 2010.
Still in the early stages of her pregnancy, the former Dancing With The Stars contestant was all grumpy when she broke the news saying she knows it will be "a huge disappointment to my family, to my close friends, and to many of you."
The soon-to-be mom of two was set to wed 26-year-old Marine Dakota last month but no wedding took place as she called off the event days before the schedule.
"I guess you have seen by now that the wedding-that was supposed to happen last weekend-was called off. I'm sure you've seen this has been all over the media, but this is a painful time for family and friends and I would just really appreciate your prayers," Bristol wrote in a blog post at the time. "I know God's plan is greater than anything else, and Tripp and I are in Alaska beginning to rebuild our lives under much different circumstances than we anticipated."
The former Candie's Foundation - a foundation aiming to raise awareness about teen pregnancy and prevention - ambassador and former member of The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy took to her blog in what seems like a damage control move, E! Online reports:
"Honestly, I've been trying my hardest to keep my chin up on this one," she continued. "At the end of the day there's nothing I can't do with God by my side, and I know I am fully capable of handling anything that is put in front of me with dignity and grace. Life moves on no matter what. So no matter how you feel, you get up, get dressed, show up, and never give up. When life gets tough, there is no other option but to get tougher."
She concluded by adding, "My little family always has, and always will come first. Tripp, this new baby, and I will all be fine, because God is merciful."
No further information was provided about her pregnancy, including information on the identity of her baby-to-be's father.
