Reba McEntire Net Worth: ‘Fancy’ Singer Gets 8 Figures for Her Beverly Hills Mansion

"Fancy" singer Reba McEntire just got herself a sweet deal for her Beverly Hills mansion even before putting up a "For Sale" sign on the property. The mansion was reportedly bought for $22.5 million, a very huge amount compared to its original price when McEntire bought it in 2003, which was only $9 million.

According to Variety, the sale was done in secret, and TMZ also reports that the country music queen "pocket listed" the property.

The mansion measures 9,242 square feet, which covers the main house and a secondary structure. The main property has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms with the usual living and dining areas plus additional amenities such as a den/billiards room and a built-in wet bar in the family room.

The secondary structure, meanwhile, boasts luxurious entertainment facilities, including a "vaguely" guitar-shaped swimming pool, which covers an area of 2,000 square feet along with a lounge and dining area, bar, and kitchen with indoor barbecue setup. There's also a tennis court in the secondary structure.

According to TMZ, McEntire's house is in the neighborhood of other famous stars such as Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Wahlberg and Sylvester Stallone. The new owner of the property is currently unknown but TMZ says he or she is not a celebrity.

McEntire's net worth is reported to be $95 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. The country singer has reportedly sold over 100 million albums worldwide, with her first album released back in 1977. Over the years she has won numerous awards including Grammys, Billboard Music Awards, Country Music Association Awards, People's Choice Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards and American Music Awards.

McEntire has also appeared in various movies, TV shows and Broadway specials. Among these are "Annie Get Your Gun," a Broadway revival, and "Reba," her own TV sitcom where she won a Golden Globe Award for the category of Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series-Musical or Comedy .
