"The Walking Dead" star Michael Cudlitz recently shared a video of himself while on the set of the hit AMC series. In the clip, Cudlitz was featured guiding fans and giving them a brief behind-the-scenes tour of "The Walking Dead" set. The actor was also featured visiting some of his co-stars while they were busy filming an episode of the series.
Meanwhile, Cudlitz also talked about the upcoming season and said that it's going to be really huge. The actor added that the first episode from Season 6 will be phenomenal and will blow people's minds.
With this, fans couldn't wait to watch and see what will happen to their favorite characters on "The Walking Dead." Ahead of the series' premiere in September, AMC will release a spinoff titled "Fear the Walking Dead." The latter will chronicle the lives of people prior to the zombie attacks, according to Latin Post.
In other news, there are reports that new characters will be introduced in Season 6. According to Inquisitr, actor Corey Hawkins will join the cast of "The Walking Dead." Hawkins will play the role of Heath and he will develop a strong bond with Dr. Denise Cloyd.
This report has led fans to speculate on the future of Denise's character and whether or not her name will be changed to Allison. The latter will also be introduced next season.
Additionally, the creators of "The Walking Dead" recently held casting calls for other new characters. They are currently looking for a male Caucasian actor between the age of 35 and 55 years old. He should at least be six feet in height and should have a masculine appeal. The producers are also looking to cast two new characters, a couple named Kirk and Hilda.
As of late, there is no word as to what these characters will contribute to the story of "The Walking Dead."
