Just recently, there were reports that "The Vampire Diaries" alum is competing with Somerhalder and his wife Nikki Reed by dating Austin Stowell. There are also reports suggesting that Dobrev and Stowell will tie the knot soon.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Dobrev and Stowell are getting the support of the former's cast mates on "TVD." Additionally, the publication noted that Dobrev's relationship with Stowell is getting stronger now that they are starting to come out in the open.
Meanwhile, there are reports that "Twilight" star Reed is not happy to be sharing the spotlight with Dobrev and Stowell. According to KDramaStars, Reed was so used to being in the center of all the media buzz after her husband and Dobrev's split.
"Reed couldn't stop gloating about her marriage to Ian Somerhalder, and rubbing it in single Nina's face. But now the joke is on Nikki because Nina has a new man in her life and everyone is noticing how happy the former 'Vampire Diaries' actress is," one source said.
Additionally, it was also revealed that Reed was reportedly unhappy with the fact that Dobrev finally moved on from her husband because this made him look less lovable. With this, Reed reportedly urged Somerhalder to unfollow his ex on Twitter.
When reports of this swirled online, both Somerhalder and Dobrev kept mum about the issue. However, fans who checked out the actress' account saw that Somerhalder was no longer on her list of followers. Until today, it is still unclear whether or not Somerhalder unfollowed Dobrev or the actress simply removed him from her list.
