Shawn Marion, former NBA champion with the Dallas Mavericks, has decided to sell his home in Miami because he lost money on a deal about Super Bowl Tickets, according to TMZ.
The article added that the 7,373 sq. ft. pad, which features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms is being offered at $1.8 million after buying it in 2008 for just under $2.5 million. It is located in a super exclusive Coconut Grove gated community in South Florida.
Also, NESN added some features of the house include a rooftop terrace with hot tub, pool, tennis court and entertainment room. Business Insider released some pictures of the house.
In a previous article of Yahoo! Sports, Marion mentioned that he included tickets for the Super Bowl. He said: "We just sat down and were brainstorming ways to maximize the exposure that the home would get, and the light bulb went on.Let's run with this (Super Bowl idea) and see what happens."
