The 8,250-square foot gated mansion of USC football coach Steven Sarkisian is set on a 5.21-acre land in California. It was only last year when Sarkisian, together with wife Stephanie, bought their Rolling Hills home for $8 million. Unfortunately though, it was reported in April that the couple is getting divorce.
According to Los Angeles Times, the luxurious mansion was built in 1987 but has received several renovations to include an open-area and catering kitchen, a media room and lower-level wine cellar with temperature-controlled storage and a tasting area.
The ranch-styled house has a total of five bedrooms, eight bathroom, six fireplaces, an-open area kitchen, a formal living room and dining rooms. It also sports 18 televisions in the whole mansion and a separate home theater. In its master suite lie a fireplace, an exercise-room-converted-personal-office and several his and hers walk-in closets.
The 41-year-old coach's expensive luxurious home features several amenities close to his heart. It has a wide outdoor putting green, tennis court and a swimming pool fully equipped with a spa.
This private estate also has a 2,200-gallon koi pond a 500-tree fruit plantation all over the ranch-styled mansion. More outdoor facilities include a covered pavilion, a barbecue station and a kegerator alongside with a fireplace.
Together with several archways, a cobblestone porte-cochere welcomes any home visitor in its entrace.
Chris Adlam of Vista Sotheby's International Realty is the reported listing agent.
