IMG model Gigi Hadid reportedly checked out a two-bedroom apartment on the Lower East Side last week. According to New York Daily News, Hadid looks set to making 100 Norfolk St. near the Williamsburg Bridge her new home. Reports claim that this is the hottest condo building in the neighborhood.
Currently, the model now lives in a smaller one-bedroom pad located downtown. She reportedly checked out a unit located in Norfolk's low floor that has a private terrace garden, floor-to-ceiling windows and oak floorings. The asking price of the said place was reported to be just over $3 million.
According to the building's website, the property boasts a striking glass façade above tree-lined streets and lights up elegantly like a chandelier. There, residents are greeted by a 24-hour concierge, Millwork architectural wood wall and glowing fireplace.The building also offers state-of-the-art amenities like gym, yoga room, garden lounge, bicycle room and traditional storage areas, which are available for purchase.
If ever Hadid decides to buy the place, she will reportedly be an eight-minute cab ride away from her best friend Taylor Swift, who lives across town on Franklin St. in a $20-million Tribeca penthouse.
