Game Update: DLC 'Battlefield Hardline': Inaccessible for PS4

Weeks after the release of "Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity" for the Premium Members, PS4 players are complaining that they can't access the DLC, as reported by Polygon.

In the forum of Battlefield Hardline, a report coming from a gamer name Denyael mentioned that Criminal DLC is not playable for Ultimate Buyers on PS4. Some gamers also complain about the issue and asked for a refund. Another user shared that the content can be downloadable but it doesn't register as a valid purchase.

On the same forum, Zach Mumbach, a multiplayer producer on "Battlefield Hardline" apologized to Denyael and also to other gamers regarding the issue.

In the article of Master Herald, it's possible that there is a problem in Sony since the issue is limited to the PS4 edition of the game. Players kept on calling EA DICE but they don't give statements.

On the same article of Polygon, they added that "Battlefield Hardline" developer EA DICE hasn't provided any further updates since then, and "Criminal Activity" remains inaccessible for Ultimate Edition owners, a week and a half after its release for Premium members.

The Ultimate Edition is the most expensive of all "Battlefield Hardline" versions, coming in at $199.99. The package includes the "Battlefield Hardline" Premium copy with two weeks' worth of exclusive access to all four of the game's expansion packs, together with 25 Battlepacks, bundles of boosts, and in-game reward items.

Youtube user Jackfrags released a video about his impressions and the new phantom program in the game. A Youtube user Guy Fawkes wrote on the video, "They should of just made a ww2 game instead of this embarrassment." Although players were expressing their disappointments, Alberto Pérez Martínez commented on the same video, "BF4's graphics were to ... "shiny". But Hardline ones are just perfect. Good job Visceral!"

"Criminal Activity" has been available to other Premium members since June 17, and will be available to public on June 30, as a report from Gameplanet.
