Former child star Afshan Azad, the British actress of Bangladeshi origin, brought to life the character of "Padma Patil" in the Harry Potter movies. She was only 15-years-old when she and her twin sister Parvati joined the film, said the Zimbio news.

After 12 years of out of the limelight of the film industry, Afshan is now 27-years-old and according to the news, the actress has fought back against the people who tried to scrutinize her look.
According to a report from Movie Pilot, she was featured in one of the Buzzfeed's article, and after that, she is now setting the twitter world on fire because of the reactions of the people about her appearance, both negative and positive, and of course, she was not pleased with the negative comments of those bashers.
On her Twitter account, Afshan posted her childhood picture with a caption quoted, "As much as I'm flattered, is there a need?"
She also responded to the negative comments about how she chooses her hair style and makeup.
