ABC's "Agent Carter" is up to return for its second season and fans are sure overjoyed to learn that James D' Arcy (as Peggy's sidekick, Edwin Jarvis - Howard Stark's brilliant manservant) and Enver Gjokaj (Daniel Sousa, SSR agent) have both sign on as series regulars. However, there are still no confirmation if both characters will be appearing for the upcoming season.
As reported by Comicbookresources, Bridget Regan (as Dottie Underwood), Chad Michael Murray (Agent Jack Thompson), and Lyndsy Fonseca (Angie Martinelli) are said to be returning for Agent Carter Season 2 as well.
Agent Carter Season 2 has this for official description:
"Dedicated to the fight against new atomic age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home - and perhaps even a new love - she's about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect."
Now, the big question is - who will be moving to Los Angeles with Peggy?
The Marvel movie off-shoot, "Agent Carter" was picked up for Season 2 in May which will be an awesome gap-filler for its sister series, "Agents of Shield".
As a review for ABC Agent Carter Season 1, TV.com says, "Throughout the series' eight episodes, showrunners Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters told a tight yet airy story that captured the spirit of the 1940s and infused it with the excitement of a spy drama, and they did it with a woman front and center."
Agent Carter is scheduled to return to grace the television screens once again for Season 2 at ABC. However, the premiere date is still yet undetermined.
