Game Update: ‘The Witcher 3’ Releases Free DLC

In an article from Master Herald, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" has a new quest called "Where the Cat and Wolf Play." The article also mentioned that the game's developers reveal details on the quest and explain what the players do to complete the game.

The quest will take players through an abandoned village wherein all the village's inhabitants have been brutally slaughtered. The player will go up a mysterious, strange force that requires full arsenal skills in order to defeat. Players have to go to the Oreton village in Velen to get the new contract.

In addition, Game Spot mentioned in their article that inhabitants of the nearby city of Honorton are struggling against a monster known as a "spook." The article added that the quest is free DLC number 15 of 16 planned add-ons and the final free content will be released next week. Also, a video can be seen in the article.

On the other hand, PC Gamer released a description of the game. The description says, "You'll explore a forgotten village and discover its terrifying secret. Find out who or what slaughtered its inhabitants and use all your witcher skills to confront this mysterious force."

The Witcher published a picture of the game in their Twitter account with the caption, "A new quest "Where The Cat And Wolf Play" is the new FREE DLC for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt this week. #TheWitcher."

Marcin Momot, Community and Website Coordinator, wrote on the official forums revealing there could be big changes made to how items are stored in-game, as cited in Express. He also added, "I won't get into super details here but something is in the works and it should please a lot of people."

The CP Entertainment reported that the game is expected to be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
