While Taylor Swift is busy promoting her "1989" album through her world tour, Glamour has listed some of Swift's impressive real estate properties over the years. From Nashville to New York, these impressive properties reportedly mirror the singer-songwriter's style.
Nashville, Tennessee: Leaving her old home in Reading, Pennsylvania, Swift reportedly purchased two homes in Nashville, Tennessee. The first was a modern penthouse condo downtown and the second one was a large brick estate. According to previous reports, the penthouse apartment has a girly and shabby chic design with cabinets cluttered with books and tchotchkes. On the other hand, it was speculated that the large brick estate was occupied by the pop star's parents. The 1941 home has custom woodwork and handcrafted plaster ceilings.
Beverly Hills, Los Angeles: By 2011, Swift said goodbye to Nashville and bought a four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in Beverly Hills, California. The Cod-style estate was reportedly bought for about $3.97 million. The estate has a manicured lot, which is estimated to have a total area of 1.37 acres. The exterior has a tennis court and also a guest house which has a full kitchen, living room and one bedroom and one bath.
Tribeca, New York City: In the spring of 2014, Swift bought a seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse in New York. According to Vulture, this place was previously owned by "Lord of the Rings" producer-director Peter Jackson. Aside from this property, Swift reportedly also purchased another three-bedroom unit, which is across the hall from her.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Swift's current net worth is estimated to be $240 million. Annually, she is making more than $80 million which comes from her album sales, concert tours, merchandise and endorsements.
