According to Los Angeles Times report, the couple bought the 1.85 acres square grounds 2 years ago for the price of $8.2 million. Sitting on this wide land are the main house which was inspired by an East Coast Traditional style and a detached guesthouse which provides beautiful canyon and ocean views.
