Miley Cyrus 'Girlfriend': Stella Maxwell Wants To Be A Singer; Is Their PDA Just For Publicity?

Kissing Miley Cyrus in public has definitely boosted the profile of Stella Maxwell, the singer's rumored girlfriend. Now that Maxwell has announced her plans of entering the music industry, observers are raising eyebrows on the authenticity of their so-called relationship.

TMZ recently reported that the "makeout session" of Cyrus and Maxwell may be just a publicity stunt considering it was done during a break from the set of a music video for Mike Will's song "Drinks On Us," where the two girls are featured.

Maxwell revealed in V Magazine that she is planning to become a singer. As a matter of fact, her plan for this year is to finish an album which she has been working on with some friends in New York, the Daily Mail reported.

Maxwell appeared in V Magazine for a feature on L.A.'s next generation "It Girls." In the story, according to Daily Mail, she revealed that she already has a significant other; however, she reportedly did not name who he or she was.

Cyrus, meanwhile, recently came out as bisexual after her breakup with Patrick Schwarzenegger in April.

Prior to their kissing session, Maxwell has posted pictures on Instagram where she is hanging out with Cyrus. The pictures she posted also include their recent trip to Las Vegas where they are seen enjoying together with some friends.

Cyrus started her career with minor roles, specifically in the TV series "Doc" and the film "Big Fish." She rose to fame and became a household name because of the TV series "Hanna Montana."

Maxwell, on the other hand, is one of the 10 lucky models that were chosen for Victoria's Secret. The 5'9" celebrity also modeled for ASOS, Alexander McQueen, H&M, River Island and Urban Outfitters, as well as Vogue and ELLE editorials, the Daily Mail said.
