After many years of being un-married and raising their children together, Kourtney Kardashian finally decided that she's had enough of Scott Disick. Meanwhile, Disick retaliates by partying all the time, especially with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. As a consequence, Kardashian files a lawsuit for child custody over their three children.
Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick have been together for over ten years. During that time, their love spawned three children namely Mason, 5, Penelope, 2 and Reign, 6 months. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars shared their life on screen for all these years showing Disick having problems with substance abuse and Kardashian always trying to be as considerate as ever. However, just last week, Kardashian finally decided to call it quits.
According to Radar Online, Kardashian has had enough of Disick's partying with other women and has finally decided to split up with "The Lord" for the benefit of her children. Since her decision was made final, Disick has been traveling all over the world and continued to party with several other people. Apparently, this behavior has made the decision easier for Kardashian to make.
According to US Magazine, Disick even travelled to the South of France and was seen getting cozy and intimate with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. If I were Kardashian, I'd be fed up with the dude too!
As we all witnessed, Disick has been hospitalized due to an overdose over alcohol and pills. Since then, Kardashian has been supporting his journey and decided to stay with him for over a year, even despite several relapses that he encountered after getting off rehab in Costa Rica. At present, Kardashian hired an attorney to fight over primary custody of their children. Is she at an advantage of winning the case given that Disick gives off disruptive behavior that is not ideal for the kids?
Now that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have finally broken up, do you think that Disick had this coming? Who do you think will earn the primary custody over their two children between the two? Post your comments below.
