'General Hospital' TV Spoilers & Cast Updates: Anthony Geary Films Final Episode As Luke; Jake Likely To Return From The Dead?

"General Hospital" star Anthony Geary has previously confirmed his exit from the long-running soap opera, and just recently, he already filmed his last scene on the show. However, fans of the hit TV show have been very vocal about wanting to see Geary again on "General Hospital." With this, they are speculating that the creators of the soap may decide to bring him back as a guest star sometime in the future.

Meanwhile, according to International Business Times, Geary's final episode on "General Hospital" will serve as his onscreen family's reunion. The episode will feature his ex-wife Laura (Genie Francis), sons Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and Ethan (Nathan Parsons).

Francis talked about the upcoming reunion and teased fans on what they can expect from the momentous episode. In an interview with TV Line, she said, "It's going to be another Luke and Laura adventure. There will be many fan favorites that we'll touch on. I think it's going to be a really nice bookend piece for the fans... I think it's a crowd pleaser."

The actress also dished on what it is like knowing Geary will already exit from the soap. She said that at first Geary's decision surprised her, but in the end, all was good.

In other news, there are also rumors that Jake, the son of Liz Webber and Jason Morgan, may still be alive. In previous episodes, Jake passed away at the age of four. However, there are speculations that he will return from the dead, according to Vine Report.

Fans are also looking forward to seeing Jake back on "General Hospital" especially now that Geary's Luke is no longer around. Additionally, there could also be a possibility that the creators of the soap opera will come up with ways on how to ensure fans will continue watching the show despite Geary's exit.

Find out what will happen to the characters on "General Hospital" in the coming weeks. Geary's final episode will air sometime this month.
