In an article from Entertainment Weekly, "Warcraft", which is shortened name for the online game "World of Warcraft", will release its official trailer on July 11 during the Comic-con 2015.
The article added that actors such as Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, Dominic Cooper will be seen in the movie and Duncan Jones as the director.
Last 2006, the film adaptation of the online game was announced, as reported on Master Herald. However, it took years before the movie was finalized because of the negotiations between Legendary Pictures and Blizzard Entertainment, the game's developer.
In the previous article from IGN UK, SDCC's Legendary Pictures panel released a preview of the movie last July 2013.
The article narrated the preview starting out as a warrior waiting anxiously in a desert until he finds a shield from the skeleton of a warrior's corpse. This is a hint that he would duel with someone or something. Then, a green-hued, hulking monster can be seen in the edge and starts moving quickly towards the warrior. The preview ended.
In the meantime, The Wired revealed the picture of the Orgrim Doomhammer, which will play by Robert Kazinsky.
"We were looking for someone who would be able to perform the gruffness, the humor, and the toughness of this character," Duncan Jones said as the reasons why he chose Robert Kazinsky.
In the previous article from Cinemablend, the synopsis of the movie was revealed. The synopsis goes, "The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home. So begins a spectacular saga of power and sacrifice in which war has many faces, and everyone fights for something."
"Warcraft" will be in theaters on June 10, 2016.
