Topher Grace is now making his West Village Pad available for rent for $16,000 a month. The "That 70's Show" star bought the full unit apartment at 50 Bank Street for $2.2 million in 2004, according to The Real Deal.
According to New York Daily News, the pad is in a small 15-unit building with a keyed elevator which opens to the apartment. The 1,900-square-foot loft has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, original wooden floors and a chef's kitchen. It was already available as a furnished rental before.
Grace reportedly decided to lease the apartment out after he sold his Los Angeles home for $1.69 million earlier this year. According to Variety, Grace's Sunset Strip home was originally asking for $1.895 million but the price dropped before he took the property off the market. The place was a two-bedroom and two-bathroom house which the actor also purchased back in 2006.
Grace is best known for his roles as Eric Forman in the long-running television sitcom "That 70s Show." He also starred in a number of films like "Traffic," "Mona Lisa Smile," "Win a Date with Tad Hamilton," "Spider-Man 3,″ "Valentine's Day," "Predators," "Take Me Home Tonight," and "The Big Wedding." In 2014, he starred in the indie thriller "The Calling" and also appeared in Christopher Nolan's sci-fi adventure film, "Interstellar," where he played a supporting role.
According to Media Mass, Grace has an estimated net worth of $245 million. In People With Money's top 10 highest paid actors for 2015, the 36-year-old took the number 1 spot with his estimated $82 million of combined earnings. According to the report, the actor also owes his fortune to smart stock investments, endorsement deals with CoverGirl cosmetics and other substantial property holdings. He also owns several restaurants in Washington, a football team and also his own brand of Vodka.
