Drake Net Worth: Visit the Rapper's Palatial $7.7 Million Hidden Hills Compound

Drake has built a steady fortune throughout the years. Today he is one of the Hidden Hills celebrity mansion owners, along with Denise Richards, Sinbad, and Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

In 2012, the rapper dropped $7.7 million for a property that he was previously renting. The Hidden Hills compound was earlier up for grabs for a whopping $27 million back in January 2009. It apparently went down to $9.95 million in November. Three years after, Drake was the lucky one to purchase the massive palatial pad.

According to Trulia, the 12,500-square-foot house in the gated community has seven beds and nine baths. The interior has an impressive wine cellar/tasting room, built-in library, game room, spa/massage room, master suite with his-and-hers bathrooms, and a 24-seat theater. The interior is fully designed with soaring ceilings and arched wood beams.

Outside the grand Hidden Hills pad there are commercial bathrooms, five-stall horse facilities with riding area, mechanical bull, tennis court, a sand volleyball court, and viewing pavilions. It also features a pool with grotto and wet bar, L.A. Curbed reports.

Celebrity Net Worth reports that Drake's net worth is at $75 million. He makes millions through his stint as an actor, rapper, singer, songwriter, music composer and voice actor.

Born Aubrey Drake Graham, the African American singer apparently strived hard to be able to reach his status today. He began his acting career in a Canadian teen drama "Degrassi: The Next Generation."

He released his first mix tape "Room for Improvement" in 2006, and after two years, Lil Wayne offered him a contract to tour with him. He later signed with Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment in 2009. From then on, his destiny changed. He has worked with well-known celebrities including Rihanna, Rick Ross, Birdman, Nicki Minaj, and The Weeknd.

As of 2014, Drake has received several recognitions for his music. He was awarded by Grammy, Juno Awards and BET.
