Shannen Doherty has sold her Malibu estate for $2.495 million. According to LA Times, the 44-year-old "Beverly Hills 90210" star bought the 3,600-square-foot property for an undisclosed amount back in 2003.
The mansion was built in 1977 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house also features a large living room perfect for entertaining guests. The property is home to magnificent ocean views and features wood ceilings, a fireplace and a wet bar.
