Sedro Woolley Castle Sells for $782K

Last March 2013, the Sedro Woolley Castle was listed for $1.395 million, as reported in an article from Curbed. However, in a more recent article from Curbed, the house was sold last week with the amount of $782 thousand.

The 2,972-square-foot castle is located at 28523 Bacus Road Sedro Woolley, Washington. According to Curbed, the property has a waterfall, a salmon-stocked creek with private bridge, a natural swimming pool nearby, a rare state permit for private hydroelectric power, private hiking trails, a sauna, and a wood-heated hot tub.

The listing from Realtor added that the house was built in 1993 and was renovated in 2003. The house has three bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms (one full bath and one partial bath), a fireplace and a detached garage. The house is a single family home.

Another listing from Estately added that the house has three stories. The main level of the house has the family room while on the upper level of the house, it has one fireplace, office and the master bedroom and on the lower level, it has one fireplace, living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen.

The house also has four parking spaces, as mentioned from Trulia. In addition, the foundation is concrete and the roof is made of tiles.

In the listing from Zillow, the house was being introduced having 20 private acres of fir, cedar, hardwood, abundant wildlife, meadow, ponds and two creeks. Also, the listing added that it is short drive to all the city conveniences.

There is no information regarding who bought the house. Also, there is no explanation on why the house sells for $782 thousand.
