Some celebrities listed their homes in the market this week, according to Huffington Post. These celebrities are Rosie O'Donnell, Jason Biggs, famed director and producer Jerry Bruckheimer, and Gigi Hadid.
According to Huffington Post, television personality Rosie O'Donnell listed in the market her six-bedroom home in Saddle River, New Jersey for $6.975 million this week. The house sits on a little more than 5.5 acres of land. It offers panoramic views of an expansive land which has an outdoor pool, grotto and waterfall. O'Donnel's gated property also has a basketball court and an additional area for parking.
According to property records, O'Donnell purchased the home back in 2013 for $6.375 million.
Big time director and producer Jerry Bruckheimer also listed his Los Angeles abode for $14.5 million. His seven-bedroom, 9,030-square-foot home sits on a landscaped ground. Many of the rooms feature wall-to-ceiling windows. It has an industrial appeal that comes mostly from steel and concrete materials. The property has four fireplaces, an atrium, several ponds and an outdoor pool, the report added.
"American Pie" actor Jason Biggs also sold his home in Hollywood Hills for $2.565 million. The three-bedroom property located at the end of a semi-private driveway is perched above the Sunset Strip. The home's large windows provide a gorgeous view of the surrounding areas. It has a spacious terrace, outdoor pool, outdoor gym and a media screening room.
Just recently, Zillow also reported that supermodel Gigi Hadid listed her home for$2.45 million. According to the report, the 935-square-foot Soho home which is owned by a trust in the name of Hadid's mother, Yolanda Hadid Foster, has two bedrooms and two baths.
The apartment shouts luxury with its wide-plank white oak floors, Italian pivot-hinge doors, Carrara marble counters, and a walk-in closet. There are also high-end bathroom fixtures and an extra-deep soaking tub in the master's bedroom.
